Sample · built for Highland Vans by Backend Ops
How we work

This is the page one of your buyers would open between deposit and pickup. Our notes along the way explain what each part does for your business. The buyer, dates and notes are made up. The photos are your own.

What's already working for you

We looked before we built. Your inquiry already sorts people into standard, custom and service. Consults, facility tours and design center visits all book online. Your warranty and financing are spelled out on every model page. Your front door is in good shape, so we started behind it.

Backend Ops note · the stages

Every update lives on one page your buyer can open any time.

Your buyers already hear from you as the build moves. Here it all sits in one place. Tap any stage to see its photo and note. The seven stages here are our guess at your process. On the real board they're your stages, in your words, set with you.

Your call

Solar: keep 300 W or go bigger?

Your Pro package carries 300 W on the roof. If you want expanded solar, tell the shop and they'll quote it.

Backend Ops note · decisions

Open choices get answered in writing, in one place.

Each open choice has a date, the buyer's answer, and when they gave it. Nobody has to chase a voicemail to find out what was decided. Which choices belong here is your call. Try it: pick an option and send it.

How we work

At Backend Ops, we partner with a small number of builders on what happens between the first message and the handover.

We look in two places. The front door, from someone's first message to a booked consult. The back end, from deposit to pickup to the review and the referral that follow. We find where revenue slips, or where your leverage can be doubled, to help you reach your goals for the year. And we make sure the customer experience matches the quality of the work. This board is one piece of the back end.

Where it comes from

Your team already photographs the work. The goal is for an update to take one photo and one line, so the board stays current without adding work to the floor.

Our own clients follow their projects with us on a status board, stage by stage. This sample takes that idea to your buyers.

What happens next
  1. A call. You walk us through a build, from deposit to pickup.
  2. We meet your team and hear how the work actually moves, day to day.
  3. We shape the board around your real stages, in your words.
